A piglet with human face and penis on head baffles the Internet

One more mutant animal was caught on camera in China. This time it was a piglet with a deformed face resembling a human, besides, it has a penis-like outgrowth in the middle of its forehead. It is unknown where the video originated from but it has recently emerged on Chinese social media making people guess what caused the weird deformity. 
Footage shows a mutant piglet which is yawning or gasping in a man’s hands, it is in a distressed state and evidently scared. The man slightly squeezes the animal’s skin and a penis is seen protruding from its forehead.
