Khloe kardashian looks and feels stronger than ever,had it not been for her breakup with Lamar Odom,though she might not have felt that way today.When Lamar and I broke up,i had all emotions that I dint know what to do about it,some people suggested therapy, but instead I joined my local Equinox gym,where i'd get on elliptical and watch bad reality Tv.As and result I started losing weight.The 31year old reality star recalls in shapes may issue.once I realised I could shed some pounds that way,i began working out regularly with my trainer,Gunner Peterson,and I made a commitment to get healthy.He taught me that the trick to staying motivated to find what you really love to do. We did cardiovascular, calls the nice, circuit training, pilates and boxing.
While Khloe loves and often flaunts her toned figure,she's most proud of how her mental health has improved since getting serious about her fitness.I love my shape because I earned every curve.i work hard in the gym to get it but I also loved my shape before,when I was even curvier.i was always incredibly comfortable in my skin.Everybody else saw me in a different way but I dint see myself that way she says.

Mile12 market will be relocated in Six months says Ambode the governor of Lagos State

The Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, has said that the Mile 12 Market will be relocated to Imota in six months.

Ambode said this on Tuesday when he inspected the proposed site of the market in Imota.

A statement by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Habib Aruna, quoted him as saying, “We are all aware that we had a little crisis at Mile .12 market in Ketu recently and here is the new site that we are relocating Mile 12 Market to Imot

The Governor of Lagos State, Mr Ambode has said that the Mile 12 Market will be relocated to Imota in six months.

Ambode said this on Tuesday when he inspected the proposed site of the market in ImotaSo, our new commodities market would take off from here and so I like to give the Ministry of Physical Planning the directive to commence activities here within the next one week.

“We believe that if we start within the next seven days, within the next six months, Mile 12 Market, Ketu will be a thing of the past.”

Ambode, who visited the site with officials of the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development and members of the State Executive Council, expressed optimism that the relocation will drive commerce and investment into the Imota area of the state.

“We are committed to doing this. We know it is in the interest of all Lagosians that we relocate Mile 12 Market. The marketers themselves have agreed; the onus is now on us to ensure that we deliver this new market within the next six months,” he said.

“I want to appeal to people in Imota that you will be having new set of investors; new set of traders and then new set of tenants. You should be very accommodating because we are bringing a whole lot here.”

The governor also said there were plans to relocate the Oko Baba Market in Ebute Metta and the Oko Baba Sawmill to the Imota axis.

He added that the state government would consider expanding the road network around the market and  epe community.
